What makes Farcaster so special and why is it called sufficiently decentralized?

I'm not them buuuuut.... it's because not everything is decentralized fully.  it's enough to pass for most humans but someone may come in and say "nOt FuLLy DeCEntRaiLizEd!!!". so they call it out.   annnnnd it's special because it  has Legos and a platform people can use and remix to make a lot of different use cases all in one little social graph.   it also is in rapid experimentation mode which allows for a lot of cool happy accidents to occur to make the platform continue to get better.
