Is anyone here distributing “larger” tips? Once or twice a week I’ll tip $10-20, but I don’t use any of the microtipping apps. 

I tip larger amounts because I feel that it has more intention behind it, I can send a note, and usually pays for a coffee/small meal

Love this. This is what we need. I was casting about it and in convos last week about creating that kind of culture. I haven't been a good practioner (yet). I think there are some folks doing it, but it's def not part of the culture. Good on you!
