Having to manage all these ridiculous HR/workers comp/unemployment insurance forms might actually make me vote differently in the next election 😭

I've long wished states had exemptions for startups to regulations like this. Either time-based or revenue based. Employees could sign a waiver opting out of benefits as part of the risk/reward to join the startup and receive options.
