i don't get protein shakes tbh like do u really need that much protein, just eat some eggs or something?

Think you need 1-2 g of protein (depending on how active you are + what your goal in body building is) per kg of body weight. That kind of requirement can’t be met just by eggs I feel. Unless of course you’re ready to eat 7-8 eggs daily. Or eggs and lentils and yoghurt and chicken and tofu and so on.
