✨ A book lover’s dream in Bantry, Co. Cork! 🇮🇪 Spent the afternoon exploring the charming Bantry Bookshop — packed with local gems and familiar favorites like Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Harry Potter, and the Little People, Big Dreams series. It was such a cozy and welcoming space — the kind of shop where you want to stay awhile and read the first few chapters on the spot. It’s a library that sees its community and meets people where they are. 📚 Both places were a wonderful blend of Irish identity and international imagination — a reminder that stories connect us all, whether we’re reading about Cork’s coastline or Hogwarts’ castle. 🏰 📖✨ A few fun facts about Bantry: - It was once the planned landing site for a French invasion to support Irish independence in 1796. - Bantry Bay is one of the deepest natural harbors in Europe. -The town hosts the West Cork Literary Festival every July, celebrating readers and writers alike.
