I got in a little friendly argument with my mom tonight about paying my brother Thomas who passed 2025 taxes. She insists that it’s the right thing to do. But, I disagree. He’s dead. He doesn’t owe them anything and I think he would agree. How do yall feel about this, regardless of what’s legal?

She just thinks it’s the right thing to do, morally. But yeah, I’m not telling her not to. It was a friendly disagreement. And she made me promise to pay her taxes when she dies. I acquiesced with the caveat that I would be hiring the best accountant possible to make sure it was the smallest amount possible. 😂
