General courtesy to all in the service industry..,,that is a tough place to work. Being understanding when small errors are made can go a long way to help not ruin someone’s day who is making minimum wage too.

Correct, too many people treat fast food workers as if they aren't human and it might not even be consciously intended but it's how we've come to take these things for granted. Simply being polite and using manners can change a whole person mood especially in those work environments. (I know from experience) 😂
