will keep saying this until we drop the confusing nomenclature for crypto and start using words and terms that actually make sense to the everyday user s/o to @emmajoelle, and shout out to @kayvon and @rodeodotclub who are also on the get rid of the "crypto bullshit" terminology train language matters!!!

I actually have flipped my thinking on this over the years. I used to agree with your sentiment here but I mostly do not now. A tribe is not built by tools or platforms, but by rituals, inside jokes, and a language only its members speak. I no longer believe that dumbing down the language is the way to scale; it's more about creating wins for everyone who joins the community

eh, we had a tribe for the past decade and hasn't been that successful. TYB abstracted away all the crypto terminology and has onboarded more women into crypto than anyone else. stablecoins, mostly used behind-the-scenes and discussed as "dollars" or "euros", will also be more compelling than $DAI
