CapCut updated their terms of service unlimited, irrevocable usage rights to the content you *upload* to the platform yes, anything that you simply upload is theirs to use even if you never export it or post it womp womp

That’s insane. So if you create viral content, post it, get popular, secure endorsements & then you get a letter in the mail that you owe CapCut aka TikTok a cut? No wonder they named it CapCut
