I also recently threw away my WHOOP 

For me, an Apple Watch gives me everything I want to track regularly without being annoying or obtrusive in service of DAU

Here’s the thing with a lot of these wearables I have come to realize 

If you are psyopped into thinking every little thing will kill you

Assistant #1 says this is exactly why she likes the oura ring. She can wear it and turn off all the notifications and just check in for summaries/trends or when her psychiatrist asks "hows your sleep been?".
