honestly shook and horrified when ppl make rice on the stove LOL (mostly bc i’ve always been so bad at it HAHA)

lmaooo I actually never used the rice cooker before, maybe im too turkish for it xD 

but I also dont use mixer xD just my arm muscle 💪

when i was at uni i was making dinner w friends and i asked someone to make the rice bc i suck at making rice on the stove. they turned to me and said ‘you don’t know how to cook rice? aren’t you asian?’ and all the asians in the group were shocked LOL we were like UMMM we have rice cookers we’re not SAVAGES LOL

High-key impressed at people who can make perfectly fluffy rice on the stove!

But so shook when I went to uni and housemates not only cooked rice on the stove, but took a sieve and DRAINED out the excess water 😱😱

I tend to find porridge made in rice cooker to be lumpy and starchy, i like mine slightly soupy

So true! But you can also do that in a rice cooker 😉

Rice on stove is strictly for porridge 🤣
