ok a travel hack: bring extra underwear to change into on longer haul flights makes me feel so much cleaner especially after traveling all day. it’s small enough to carry in your backpack, and convenient enough to change into whenever you go to the washroom

My hack is to wear old underwear so I can throw them when I change to the new one. Always bring with me extra pair of underwear, pads and warm socks.
