Good morning. Assistant #2 is leaving me. For four days. For a “work trip.” I know what that means. Assistant #1 did it once. It was terrible and she came back smelling all sorts of ways. In protest, I have claimed his blanket.

Awww, sorry Bert! When they leave, they’re usually riddled with guilt. I bet they come back loaded with snackies and give you tons of extra attention to make up for it. Keep up the puppy eyes.
