Im in a pickle. Whats the "shared laundry standard rule". Here is my situation (live in a brooklyn building with like 6 units and we have a shared washer and dryer. Someone has stuff in the washer and the dryer. The dryer has 45 mins left, where as the washer has 30 mins left. Do I check back in 45 minutes and if they havent made a move, pull out thier stuff in the dryer move thier washer stuff to the dryer so I can start my own load? If so, do I pay the money to start their dryer? or do I just remove all their shit and get my shit going?

I would ask how they could be mad that you did their laundry for them...but people find a way

I want to believe they'd set a timer so they can empty the dryer and washer so someone else can use. But in case they didn't, then yeah, move the ones from the dryer, switch the ones in the washer to the dryer, pay and request they refund you when you see the owner...or take their Tee 🤣🤣🤣 Joking!
