I think the misconception and bad rep that NFTs get is just product of media sensationalism … in the early 2000s the newspapers were calling the internet dead 😂

17 % of people uses crypto in US, globally it’s less than 10% of population uses crypto, as those numbers grow so will the understanding of NFTs which use case as receipt of a transaction online will only get stronger as more join onchain imo

NFTs as receipts of transactions online feels like such an obvious use case.  

It would be pretty helpful if we had a universal digital receipt standard so that people could easily keep track of their transactions both online and IRL.

and it needs to have private data only viewable to you

but then outsiders could still see at least when and the amount of your purchase

Yeah there's definitely some stuff to think through here but these issues seem addressable.  

Maybe one of the addresses would have to sign via their address to reveal details or could delegate access.
