The barrier to entry for solving problems, understanding, and education is radically declining. 

Yet we will have masses of the global population that finds every, by themselves and for them, reason to not be educated, find understanding, or solve their problem. 

It’s equivalent of everyone that didn’t take the internet seriously for the first decade or two of its existence. 

This is effective acceleration at the expense of the defective decelerates.
