After I left my last company, I went from being part of a team of 50+ to being solo in a matter of minutes. The mental transition took a long time, and I've gotten used to the solitude. 

You develop idiosyncrasies from being in your dungeon alone so much. You approach things differently when you're part of a large team. Iterations happen more slowly and less fluidly. 

But it's impossible to do everything alone. 

It's been challenging to strike the right balance between a team that can iterate at the same pace while remaining productive.

It took me a while to find the right squad, but I'm feeling bullish about this team. We're hitting a stride. We're developing ideas, iterating, and preparing for GTM way quicker than we were 7 months ago when we joined up. 

Even more quickly and efficiently than we were three months ago. 

Been a while since I've been this bullish, if I'm being honest. Been a good while.
