Just know that you won't lose the skill. Take some time off from the current route you're taking and pick a totally different yet totally hard challenge. I am telling you this unlike the other comments because I know you probably cannot just do nothing and are cursed by productivity and brain activity :D

I think I need to ditch my phone for a few weeks honestly.

Yea. Doom scrolling leads to brain rot. You want my opinion? Watch some deep cleaning or lawn mowing videos on YT instead. They do some serious magic on your brain xD
