Design work is mostly done for the mandolin.
I will probably make a pyramid style bridge and a brass tailpiece.

Simple construction, not fine joinery, but effective and will be a cosy home for more bees.

This time it's a little celtic style flat top mandolin I'm making.
This should be much faster now that I have all the tools and a bit more confidence 🫡
I cut out the form on the CNC and picked out some lovely walnut for the back and sides
