do not drink caffeine after noon it will kill your sleep quality tonight which will take at least 2 weeks of no caffeine in the afternoon to recover back to normal sleep and if you consistently drink caffeine after noon your productivity plummets due to bad sleep

Partially agree, what about people that only get profuctive at night? Me for example, i do most of my work when there’s dark and silence, when i know everybody is asleep. (I do still wake up at 6-7 with 4 hours sleep)

there are no such people, as well as there are no night owls every person is a morning lark when they fix their sleep habits what you have is lack of control of your life that you need to fix you will most likely be more productive than ever if you finally turn off distractions during the day and fix your sleep schedule

You may be right, you may not be. It’s been like this (for me at least) for as far as i can remember. There are things that could improve, that’s a fact, but trying to improve a situation also calls for the best possible way of dealing with it in the time we can. For me, only after work hours this is possible really as work is only done to pay for things of the past. If i relax more and improve other things, i don’t have the luxury to self sustain. Not sure if this makes sense?

not me, it's science proving that there are no night owls as with most things in life, you shouldn't try to fix it all right away or search for the best possible way do something that is proven to work, no matter how small, but do so consistently change happens by smol increments
