I scan my food with the Yuka app to check if it’s healthy 🌱 It shows information about the saturated fats, additives and more The other day I scanned what I thought was healthy (turkey slices) and turns out it had a lot of additives The sourdough bread had an excellent score, and Doritos, surprisingly has a good score βœ…

It's challenging, but managed to find something that worked for me. Here is what works for me: - Walking every day, on an average of 5-10K steps per week. - Cycling to work - Intermittent fasting 16:8 (let me know if you need more info on this) - Set only one cheat day where I can eat less healthy foods (for this one, most times I even skip it and just keep eating healthy)

I am walking 2km daily, also it includes 5 min of running as well Tried cycling for few days then left (hard for me) Can you guide me about intermittent fasting (I heard a lot but don't know how much I had to eat and fast for how much time ) Thanks in anticipation
