I scan my food with the Yuka app to check if itโs healthy ๐ฑ It shows information about the saturated fats, additives and more The other day I scanned what I thought was healthy (turkey slices) and turns out it had a lot of additives The sourdough bread had an excellent score, and Doritos, surprisingly has a good score โ

Yes! Itโs called Yuka Weโre on the same boat. Iโve already lost 6kg aiming to reach 13% body fat

It's challenging, but managed to find something that worked for me. Here is what works for me: - Walking every day, on an average of 5-10K steps per week. - Cycling to work - Intermittent fasting 16:8 (let me know if you need more info on this) - Set only one cheat day where I can eat less healthy foods (for this one, most times I even skip it and just keep eating healthy)
