yes and no, Iโ€™ve meet some cool solana builders and seen some based extractoors but Iโ€™d say base is deff more builder centric whereas solana has always felt like casino or hot potato

Solana has tons of legit builders (LPs, DePINs, social apps, you name it). Does it have extractors? Yes but it's cause of its "popularity", any chain that's fast that also has their level of popularity will have a good number of extractors on it too. really not a fan of chain tribalism tbh.
