I think that you have to get used to be recorded, for me at least it has been that way, I remember the first times I was having a camera on me while doing my task/work it felt like I had to perform. With time I now honestly even forget the camera is there once I dive into the activity. give it time and keep slaying babes ❤️

Proud of u 🤍 I got lots of anxiety too, it takes practise to get used to it. It gets smaller, there will always be some kind of anxiety but personally it became productive after a while Ofc not all days are the same I’m glad u tried it even tho u felt like this

The movement you do with your head is like you are listening to very fast music 😝🤘 I am also considering using Naomi’s technique, but still a bit shy around cameras 😮‍💨 I’m glad to see it worked for you
