Making super delicious cookies ? Nothing easier ! Just follow 4-year-old James’s advice : 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature (use salted if you prefer that extra kick!) 1 cup light brown sugar, packed (about 200g) β…“ cup granulated sugar (about 80g) 2 eggs, room temperature About 3 β…“ cups all-purpose flour (400g) 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup chocolate chips (150g) A pinch of flaky sea salt (fleur de sel) Optional (but fun): throw in some M&M’s! πŸ˜… Instructions: 1. Beat the butter and sugars until creamy. 2. Add the eggs, mix well. 3. Stir in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and then the chocolate chips. 4. Form into cookie dough balls (you can make them big and chunky if you like!). 5. Bake in a convection oven at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 12–14 minutes, until just golden on the edges. Let cool slightly, sprinkle with a little flaky sea salt, and enjoy the magic. πŸͺ
