In the upside of stress, it talks about even if you know it’s a placebo the act of taking the pill makes physical changes to your body that do have measurable impact. you actually release more DHEA over cortisol which is a good kind of stress. The kind of stress you get in a flow state. It’s not the medicine that makes an impact, It’s the release of hormones from taking the pill. Similar to food.
