First day of “normal” vitals. No more high respiratory rate during night…
Let’s hope this trend will continue tomorrow. 

Today I ran an “easy” 13 km. But it felt not so easy… definitely something odd going on in my body.

definitely!! I've experienced it on myself. Apple Watch detected a bronchitis before the symptoms showed up.

It’s pretty cool.  Longitudinal monitoring of heart rate and other vitals is an early warning sign you would never realize without the tek.  This app just sends you a warning so you know something is off.
