I'm currently developing T-Cell Engagers for solid tumors. They are "eat me" signals that attach to cancer cells kill them. It is a very simple concept but can easily kill someone if they bind to normal cells. We make T-Cell Engagers that are inactive until they get to the tumor, reducing toxicity.

how do you ensure that the t cell engagers remain inactive until they reach target? is this type of treatment available to everyone, or is it still being tested?

Still in clinical trials. Great question, proteases involved in cancer progression activate the drug, without those proteases and cancer cells it is inactive.
