Bike build update:

I’ve been spending cool mornings in the garage this week before work, filing until it heats up and I start dripping sweat. 

Today, I was excited to take advantage of a realization I had at the end of yesterday's session after struggling to get this mitre angle anywhere close to 17°. I just needed to flatten the angle to make it easier.

Recalibrated to shoot for level and BAM had the 73° seat tube angle with flat top tube that I was gunning for. On to the head tube junction...

Probably like 10 junctions? I’m making some progress on tubes like this one that will go in the frame, but I’ve been making more smaller sections for practicing brazing. I’m due for some torch time.

so how many tubes do you have mitred at this point? i saw you post a bike recently that i thought was this one and was shocked, but ofc it wasn't i was just confused.
