But still, I think culatello will be more expensive regardless of the Crudo type

I think it’s a cultural gem of Italy, there are so many “affettati” 

Ngl prosciutto crudo and culatello are almost the same thing, but still not the same.

And prosciutto crudo is something like €3/€4 all’etto while Culatello is €7/€8 lol
