A few days go my daughter asked me 

"dad are ham and prosciutto the same thing"
"kinda, but..."

Went on to speak about italian cold cuts for entire car trip. When she gets out of the car she goes

"we know a lot about prosciutto, don't we"

I think it’s a cultural gem of Italy, there are so many “affettati” 

Ngl prosciutto crudo and culatello are almost the same thing, but still not the same.

And prosciutto crudo is something like €3/€4 all’etto while Culatello is €7/€8 lol
