Waited until the end of this week to give my legs time to recover from my  POIDH 1-miler on Wednesday. This one felt good and beat last week’s time 💪🏼

Week 17 of running a 5K until $ETH price hits $5K.

A little slower this week but still under 22 minutes. I’ll take it.
