YouTube now dominates the living room

Weird because I still associate YT with mobile form factors, but they've been pressing hard on TV because that's where they can continue to grow -- and it's now become their primary viewing device

Wonder how this impacts their product focus

I think they nailed the distribution of their app — pretty native to all android devices (and iPhone) which made it easily available through third party devices like Roku, or native software on “Smart” TVs.

It’s easy to get TV out there with just a software patch!
