I love this answer,

two things stand out to me:

one is that presence is a quality that can be practiced 

and the other is that there is a focus on how leaders serve those around them

theres a hint towards good leaders modelling behaviour for their teams too

being present exudes groundedness

Presence, and at its best, being able to "stop time" and create a distortion field that helps others find grounding

Particularly useful for crises of confidence -- that's when a leader is most needed
