I think an experimentation culture is more useful for a company that has PMF than one without it Reason being: when you have a cash flywheel, you can start taking more bets and hedge in order to find the next one This isn’t to say that pre-PMF companies shouldn’t experiment — they should, but within narrower bounds of conviction

What inevitably happens though is if a company is too successful with the cash generation side the moonshot end of the company is typically just performative at a certain point
