Sleep and free time is a convenient steroid.

Now that I think about it. It was around the time I joined Merkle that I started losing it again lol.

I was the fittest in my 20s then lost it during  30s, got back to be my fittest a couple of years ago but I'm not as cut now since I don't have the time and willpower to keep it that way.
