Today I needed something different from slow zone2 runs. Strava Athlete Intelligence says: “Killer interval workout with impressive speed variations, hitting VO2Max zones and crushing your typical pace with a relative effort of 121” 5x1000 @ 3:50/km (rec 1000 @ 4:45/km) Peak HR 182 bpm 😱
