hey siri, show me what fading looks like (when you do threshold intervals, do you try and get to threshold heart rate for the first one? i think that’s what got me cooked here. prob doing it all wrong)

I usually do interval at specific pace not heart rate. Zone5 reached in the last reps usually

ah, yeah, for shorter intervals i generally try and hit paces and end up in V02 range for these threshold interval/repeats (4 x 6 minutes), the whole point of them is to be sub LT2, so i gotta pay attention to keeping HR in a certain spot
