Hi guys! I’m home from college and for my cheer team I need to be logging workouts and conditioning. I want to start running more to work on cardio. I’ve been doing a few miles at a time but am no running expert. Any tips for increasing stamina, or just running in general?

@fiveoutofnine.eth is coming up on 1000 days in a row of /running 👀 For me, I would say keep it simple, get some good shoes, listen to your body, and try to have fun with it. Challenge yourself when you’re out there but don’t push so hard you can’t show up again the next day. Fitness trackers are fun too.

Recently got back into running after a long hiatus. I found that buying a cheap gps watch (garmin forerunner 55) and doing one of the training programs (I’m training for a 10k but there are lots of different goals you can choose) has been incredibly helpful at maintaining accountability and not getting bored.

Paging @steph and the @receipts team! When I started getting into running a couple years ago, Steph had some great tips!
