This is the best thing I’ve ever made: oxtail soup 😮💨
Roast the oxtail first, then simmer it with carrots, napa cabbage, onion, and lots of daikon.
Seasonings: salt, white pepper, sesame oil, mirin, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and chicken or beef broth.
Leave on low for at least 3-4+ hours to get that perfect fall-off-the-bone tenderness, skimming off the fat as it rises. 8 replies
