Saw a bunch of guys doing ~6 minute miles on my run this morning. Saw them again a few miles later, sitting on the grass, beers in hand, ripping cigs. Goals. 10/10, no notes. Perfect balance of the Apollonian and the Dionysian.

some of my hs xc team did “light runs” which just meant hitting some marlboro lights afterwards lol
