another year trying to celebrate my birthday, only to realize it's too soon and i don't have the energy to make things happen now.

also — is it just me, or does planning your own birthday feel like the most narcissistic thing ever?
not sure i'll ever manage to pull off something for any of mine, lol.

The only thing in my Bdays that makes me feel good and happy is reviewing all I have done through my previous year (good , bads or anything) ,
Some feel good , some feel anger and shame , in the end feel happy that I have experienced all and living my life
