guess if we're in a doomsday scenario you can ration this to ~1.5/day stretching one bucket out to ~3 months

grab 10-20 (this is costco after all) and you've got around 3-4 years!

130 servings for how much? that's a month and half of food if you eat 3 times a day (i eat once).

Not practical, go back to the basics and increase quantity/shelflife for far cheaper.
Dried potatoes, Beans, Rice, Salt, Sugar, flour are really the only staples you need.
