I had to call AAA today and the automated voice said that it’s AI powered and I can ask anything.

So I asked my question and it put me in the wrong menu.  So my next voice command:

“Speak to a representative”

for sure, one of my biggest frustrations today is how many companies get you with an automated voice service from the moment you call!

Ah -that’s a welcome sight.  Real humans in customer service helping real people with their real problems.  It makes you just want to shit.
