i have been tagged in this a number of times and though i appreciate the sentiment

but i am awful at long distance

1. triple jumpers run 36-40m before take off so no need for much endurance

2. the furthest i run in training is 300m and that almost kills me

3. i have asthma

i promise the majority of you would cook me in a mile but i would always be happy to cheer you on!!!
