I said something like this the other day but I just have to say it again

The phone is a remarkably unproductive device relative to a laptop let alone a widescreen desktop monitor

I eased up my no phone rules and every time I find myself doing something productive on it I feel like an idiot w two thumbs & tiny screen

Need to reinstate hard phone rules I was an absolute machine (and still my ratio is way way better than it used to be, but not spending less than 30m on my phone these days)

Personally I found that setting up hard app limits really helped me cut the phone productivity sink habit
