Don’t think the Russian revisionist pomp about victory over the Nazis in WW2 is fooling anyone, considering they started it in an alliance with the them to begin with - then illegally annexed and occupied most of Eastern Europe for decades afterwards.

Historically accurate take. ✅ While the Soviets forced the defeat of Hitler - and paid the highest cost in human life to do so - Stalin was also a German ally at the start of the war and participated in the invasion of Poland in ‘39.
