Excited this channel exists now! To start off, what routines/habits do you have that most help you with your wellness/mental health? For me, I make sure to take at least a 10 minute walk outside every day, no matter how chaotic things get. Noticed it's made a huge improvement

Breath- lots of yoga and meditation over the years, can now access calm easier with simple breathing Nature - walking in the woods, will even hug a tree when it gets really bad (don’t knock it til you try it) Mindfulness- learned to let negative emotions to pass thru instead of blocking them
