Agree but I also see video as table stakes, as you already pointed out We don’t have to win on video but people need to be able to share and watch videos as easily as anywhere else Reminds me of when we couldn’t upload images, or didn’t have longer casts, or couldn’t quote cast. Weren’t gonna win on those features either, but without them people churn

Yup - make it easy, as easy as anywhere else. The mistake is thinking the platform is the one that competes for market share with video. The users create videos, and those videos compete. The users compete for you. You have to enable them with tools to win. The platform facilitates the publishing of video to enable the userbase to compete. That's a fundamentally different viewpoint than farcaster competing for video market share.
