Why hasn’t “physical book with a digital copy” been done?

I think some comics publishers did it for a while back then where you get the digital version of the physical comic that you bought

Many Artist do this on SuperRare actually! You bid and buy the digital art, then get a signed physical piece too. The first buyer gets to keep the physical item while can sell the digital. Artist still makes royalties via digital copy future sales. IYK also brings the phydigital (yup a real thing!) world into reality

there's just not that much of a reason to have the digital copy - doesn't get you anything meaningful for owning - no great way to communicate social prestige by owning
